The Blast Band was, by far, the single best decision we made for our international conference. First of all, they are all great musicians and singers themselves and Rick and the group made everyone feel welcome and did an amazing job of breaking the ice. After that, it all broke loose and all 280 people had the time of their lives. If you have a budget and feel the live band takes too much of it to make it work, my advice is to value engineer other parts of the event so you can get them to your party. You will not regret it.
